Front Elevation Lighting

As you approach the home, strategically placed architectural lighting highlights the dramatic lines and details of the façade. Every design element envisioned by Stofft Cooney is brought to life at night, while large palms and canopy trees are illuminated from multiple angles to add depth and reflect warm light into the surrounding landscape. The result is a dramatic yet balanced nighttime curb appeal.

Pathways & Navigation

Modern path lights guide guests to the front entry while also accentuating changes in elevation. The sides of the property are equally well lit, ensuring homeowners and guests can move safely and comfortably throughout the landscape.

Rear Outdoor Living Spaces

The rear of the property was designed as an outdoor sanctuary. A fireplace accented with integrated strip lightingprovides a soft ambient glow, enhancing the space whether the fire is on or off. Hardscape & Installation Planning

One of the most technically demanding elements was the hardscape lighting integration. To properly illuminate the rear columns, fixtures were installed using concrete pour kits placed before the deck was poured. This required meticulous pre-planning and coordination with J Sweet Construction to ensure perfect alignment and flawless execution.
