Design Approach

The property features an exceptional mix of Sylvester palms, oak trees, and tropical plantings, all deserving of meticulous attention.

• Architectural Lighting:
  Fifteen precision-aimed up-lights were installed to beautifully accentuate the home’s façade, adding architectural drama while maintaining softness and warmth. This creates a welcoming glow visible from both the street and the shoreline.
• Front Landscape:
