Bonita Beach Lighting Project

The Barefoot Beach project’s homeowners had one goal in mind for their home, to transform the backyard into a tropical paradise. This home features twenty-plus coconut palms and specimen trees that lend themselves perfectly to accent lighting. The homeowners love to entertain, so the option of color-changing fixtures was a must. Adjacent to the pool is a tropical waterfall that we illuminated with soft floodlights and an aquatic niche light tucked into the rocks.

As the project manager for our home owners association (HOA), I am writing on behalf of the Board of Directors to provide a five-star reference for Beacon Outdoor Lighting ("Beacon"). Beacon was selected to provide a very detailed lighting plan for the entrance to The Sanctuary at Pelican Bay (our property includes condos in five, three-story buildings). Although we faced many delays in the larger project to upgrade the front entrance, Beacon was willing to reschedule it's portion of the work many times in an effort to accommodate other contractors. Cory Moore, the President of Beacon Outdoor Lighting, was personally involved in helping guide the project over the schedule difficulties, met with our association board to assist in the selection of lighting fixtures, and worked with us in providing appropriate information for the Pelican Bay Foundation (which establishes all construction guidelines for the HOA's in Pelican Bay). We have worked with many service providers over the years, and none has been more responsive and given us better value that Beacon. Cory and his team are clearly "best of class," and we are happy to provide an unqualified endorsement of his company.
