 Design & Architecture

The home showcases an eclectic mix of architectural details, combining coastal lines with modern forms to create visual intrigue. Unique Hite Designs’ vision merges interior and exterior seamlessly, while PH Designs’ landscape plan offers lush transitions from house to shoreline.

Site Placement & Outdoor Experience

Sited on a corner lot wrapping around a private lake, the property maximizes waterfront views and outdoor living. Expansive patios, garden rooms, and rear lawn spaces were designed to host evening gatherings, relaxing moments, and entertaining under the stars.

Lighting Strategy & Highlights

Our goal was to make outdoor lighting both beautiful and functional. Key features include:

• Architectural uplighting along façade details to accent shape, texture, and depth

• Tree and canopy lighting encircling the site to reflect ambient light into the yard, visually expanding the space

• Putting green illumination, with illuminated catch basins and indicator lights to assist in play and guide movement

• Path lighting & navigation markers to help guests safely and elegantly navigate elevation changes and edges

This lighting scheme supports luxury outdoor lighting in Naples, combining aesthetics, utility, and safety.

Execution & Installation Notes

Careful planning was essential to integrate these lighting features with the structure and hardscape. Every fixture location was coordinated with foundation, decking, and lawn plans to ensure clean installations and minimize visible hardware. The result is a clean, cohesive system that feels built into the home itself.
