Our recent project, Parkshore Parade, is a Mediterranean Revival-style home located in the heart of the prestigious Parkshore community in Naples, Florida.

Homeowner Vision & Design Approach

Although this residence is modest in size compared to some of the estates we work on, the homeowner had a very specific vision for how she wanted the outdoor lighting design to enhance her living spaces. She requested a subtle yet dramatic landscape lighting layout that created distinct “scenes” across the property.

Whether enjoying the view from the master suite overlooking a private garden or relaxing by the outdoor fire feature, every vantage point offers a carefully illuminated experience. The design balances warmth, elegance, and functionality, ensuring the home feels both inviting and secure after sunset.

Lighting Techniques & Fixture Placement

This project required over 100 high-end landscape lighting fixtures to achieve the desired outcome. Multiple fixtures were strategically placed to illuminate the property’s palms and canopy trees from various angles. This approach allowed us to layer the light, highlight textures, and create depth that would not be possible with single-point illumination.

Our design focused on:

• Uplighting large palms and Callophyllum trees for dramatic architectural impact

• Subtle path lighting to guide movement while maintaining a natural look

• Garden accents that create private, serene spaces within the property

• Multi-angle lighting techniques to enhance dimensionality and visual interest
