Pelican Landing Country Club is nestled within the Colony at Pelican Landing, featuring a beautiful transitional-style home that’s the jewel of the street. Expertly designed by Laurito Designs and brought to life by CGU Homes, this home belongs to a well-known interior designer in Southwest Florida.

Although the customer had a landscape lighting system installed just 24 months ago, she was extremely unhappy with the design and wanted to start over with something that truly made her home stand out.

We began by illuminating the front architecture, including uplighting the cupola and other architectural elements. From there, we extended the lighting to the mature palms and canopy trees. In the rear, we lit up the Black Olive trees with enough light to give the effect of them being inside the pool cage. Inside the cage, we illuminated the putting green using a combination of downlighting and niche lights within the ball catch basin.
