Our outdoor lighting maintenance program operates on a quarterly site visit schedule. At each of these visits, you will receive necessary system updates, fixture inspections, lens debriding, foliage trimming, and fixture repositioning to maintain original design. You will also receive a 10% discount on any additional landscape lighting installations/upgrades. Unlike other outdoor lighting companies, we offer 100% free warrantied repairs.

We perform our maintenance visits quarterly, inspecting and correcting all aesthetic and mechanical aspects.

If a warrantied landscape lighting fixture fails within the warranty period, both labor and material are entirely free of charge. (Don’t let another company charge you for something that is under warranty!)

Warranty Guarantee

Many lighting system components, including transformers, fixtures, and lamps, are sold with a manufacturer warranty. If at any time during your system warranty period you experience issues unrelated to external damages or acts of God, all labor and materials are completely covered under our lighting maintenance program.
 
In the event that your outdoor lighting system needs repair, our lighting technicians will present to you the proper solutions to amend such issues. Upon approval, most repairs are completed on-site, saving you time, money, and system downtime. Being enrolled in the maintenance program guarantees preferred scheduling, 10% off our flat-rate pricing, and the peace of mind knowing a contractor you know and trust is maintaining your system.

Quarterly Maintenance Visits

These visits are the bread and butter of our outdoor lighting maintenance program. They are essential to keeping your system operating at its maximum potential. At each visit, one of our certified lighting specialists will run a diagnostic of your entire system: complete updates, adjust and debride fixtures, and trim foliage for a beautiful and optimally functioning system.
